Your first step in removing dangerous infections from your computer should be downloading a free program called Hijack This. Make sure you download the file and extract it to a directory on your hard drive, you can call it HijackThis. This is very important, because if you don't put hijack this in it's own folder you will not be able to back up files in case of an accident.
